Criteria for Return

1. If a customer has received a wrong product. The customer must initiate the return immediately on receipt by communicating to our customer care and dispatch the product back to us unused in the same condition as you receive it within seven days of receipt of the product.

2. Returns are considered for products purchased at their original price.

3. Sale or discounted product are not non-returnable..

Procedure for Return

1. Return request or the wrong product received should be made via email ——-with the reason for return and images of the unopened product received

2. You shall receive a communication on the solution from our customer executive within three working days.

3. Efforts shall be made to provide a solution to your satisfaction.

Refund

Refund shall be considered only a wrong product has been shipped by us and it has been returned unopened and untampered.
